Our local meeting for the parishes of Mountmellick/Rosenallis/Clonaslee/Killeigh will take place on Monday, 27th Sept. in the Parish Hall, Mountmellick.

Our U10’s travelled down to Nowlan Park last Saturday to watch the Kilkenny Senior team training. All children had a puck around after and had a team photograph taken with Brian Cody while some of the Kilkenny team signed autographs. The children then went to O’Loughlin Gales and played a challenge game, where all children played excellent hurling and were treated to refreshments afterwards. Well done to everyone involved. It was great to see so many children enjoying themselves.

Congratulations to Rosenallis and Kilcavan U6 teams who played a little tournament last Saturday which ended in a draw. All children play superbly and are a credit to their parents and mentors.
